Akira Back

Celebrated our wedding anniversary here. We had a delightful experience. Every dish was really good. We had their signature AB tuna pizza, brother from another mother roll, salmon sashimi, short rib and Atlantic black cod. We find the tuna pizza really unique. The short rib was so tender as well. Excellent service from the staff especially Dahlia. She was really warm, attentive and took the time to explain each dish. The hostess also provided us with a comfortable space as we had a baby bassinet. We had a lovely complimentary cake for our anniversary. We would definitely be back again.

The restaurant was spacious, making the dining experience really comfortable. We were served by Hazel and Charlton, who were both attentive and friendly. Food was delicious! The short rib was our favourite. And we really liked the Perfect Storm sushi roll. The truffle potato mash/foam was delicious, though serving could afford to be bigger.

Every course was flavorful, well balanced, and memorable. This is the kind of place where you genuinely enjoy taking your time and appreciating each plate. Overall, Akira Back delivers a top-tier dining experience with exceptional food quality, creativity, and presentation. If you appreciate refined Japanese cuisine with a modern twist, this place is an absolute must-visit. I would gladly return without hesitation.
